Privacy Policy


We collect the personal information you provide us when you enquire about, and/or make a reservation at, and/or fill out a comment card at any of the restaurants or theatres owned and/or managed by WOW Hospitality. The personal information we may collect includes your name, gender, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information and preferred language of communication, and other information. In addition, when you make a reservation at any of the restaurants or theatre owned and/or managed by WOW Hospitality, you may be asked to provide us with other information such as the name of your company, your home address, your birthday, your anniversary and any special requests you may have to make your visit more enjoyable. You are not required to provide us with this information. To the extent that you do provide us with this or other non-required information, its use and disclosure will be governed by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We also may automatically collect general anonymous information related to your use of our website, such as the date and time you visit the website and the pages you visit on the website. In addition, we collect “cookie” information from your browser to identify your computer and provide us with a record of your visits to our website. The technology used to gather “cookie” information is provided by the Internet browser you use, and may be turned off by using your browser preference buttons. This statistical information helps us to understand how our website is used (e.g., identifying which pages or sections are most popular and the peak activity times), which assists us in planning for future improvements to the website to better meet our visitor’s needs.


We use your personal information for one or more of the following purposes:

  • Processing your reservation or other purchases;
  • Identifying who you are;
  • Improving our product and service offerings; and
  • Improving our website.

In order to process your theatre reservations, we engage the services of Theatre Manager. The information collected by these service providers will be used solely to process your reservation and will not be used or disclosed otherwise than as provided in this Privacy Policy or with your prior express consent. We may also contact you from time to time to conduct surveys or to obtain your feedback on our existing or proposed product and service offerings. Your survey responses and feedback are used solely for internal management purposes. You can withdraw your consent to be contacted about product and service offerings at any time by contacting us in the manner set out below.


WOW Hospitality Concepts inc. and its affiliates and partners (collectively, “WOW Hospitality”, “we,” or “us”) are committed to preserving and safeguarding your right to privacy. As part of this commitment, we want you to be fully aware of what happens to your personal information, which we have in our possession. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which we will collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage your personal information.


Except as expressly set out in this Privacy Policy, we will not sell, transfer or otherwise disclose any of your personal information to any third party (including any of our marketing partners) without your consent.

We must provide your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid enquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by law. We will maintain the strict confidentiality of all personal information collected, and will only disclose such information to employees and service providers of WOW Hospitality who require such information for the purposes set out above. We have entered into agreements with our service providers to safeguard the personal information in their possession. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it remains necessary or relevant for the purposes stated above or as otherwise required by law.
