How do I buy tickets?

Our tickets can be purchased online for Calgary or Edmonton, or by calling us Calgary: 403-249-7799, Edmonton: 780-484-2424.

How much are tickets?

For information about our show subscription packages or single ticket prices browse the Calgary or Edmonton shows.

What time should I arrive?

  • 6:30pm for our Wednesday through Saturday performances
  • 5:15pm for our Sunday performances
  • 10:15am for all Tuesday matinee performances in Calgary
  • 11:00am for all Tuesday matinee performances in Edmonton
  • 11:00am for all Jubilations Junior performances

Where can I park?

  • In Calgary, we have free parking available in the Westbrook Mall parking lot.
  • In Edmonton ample free parking is available in the West Edmonton Mall parkade. Our closest entrance is #31 on the southeast side of West Edmonton Mall.

Do you have wheelchair seating?

Our theatre is fully accessible for wheelchairs. Please let our box office know when making your reservation that a wheelchair will be in the party.

How do I pick up my tickets?

There is no need to pick up your tickets. There is a link to digital tickets in your confirmation and reminder emails.

What are your box office hours?

Our box office hours are:

  • Monday and Tuesday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Wednesday – Saturday – 11:00am to 7:00pm
  • Sunday – 11:00am to 6:00pm

What if I cannot attend a performance that I have reserved?

Tickets are non-refundable. With 48-hour notice prior to the performance, we are able to exchange the tickets for another performance or place the value of the tickets as a credit on your Jubilations account for future ticket purchases. For groups of 10 or more or for further information on our policy, please call our box office: Calgary 403-249-7799, Edmonton 780-484-2424.

Can I get a refund for unused tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable. With 48-hour notice prior to the performance, we are able to exchange the tickets for another performance or place the value of the tickets as a Gift Certificate (conditions may apply). Can I change my performance date after booking?

Yes with a 48-hour notice prior to the performance date we can exchange your tickets for another date. For groups of 10 or more please call our box office for further information on our policy: Calgary: 403-249-7799, Edmonton: 780-484-2424.

What does my ticket price include?

The ticket price includes the 3-act musical comedy, multi-course dinner,  and refillable coffee and tea. Any other beverages, gratuities and taxes are extra.

What is on the menu?

Our menu selections change with every show. However, it is always a multi-course dinner consisting of a set appetizer, a choice of dinner entrée and a choice of dessert. The dinner entrée choices always include beef, chicken, fish or seafood and a vegetarian selection.

Upgrades for Prime Rib are available on the night of your show!

I’m a vegetarian, do you have an option for me?

We do offer a vegetarian option on the show menu which can be ordered the night of the show. If you require any further options please call our box office at Calgary: 403-249-7799, Edmonton: 780-484-2424.

What if I have food allergies?

We can accommodate most food allergies – when making your reservation please let the box office representative know about any food allergies you may have. We will be pleased to go over the options with you at that time to arrange a special meal.

Can I bring children?

We welcome guests of all ages. If the child is not able to sit quietly during the performance we do ask that an accompanying adult take the child out of the theatre to avoid disruption to other guests.

Do you have special ticket prices for children?

For children 12 years and under who wish to select a meal from the children’s menu we have special ticket pricing.

How do I use Costco vouchers to book?

To redeem your Costco voucher once you have selected your seats, you will need to select add promo or discount code and enter the 8-digit number in the black bar of your ticket. You will then need to select apply gift card and use the same 8-digit number to apply the payment.

What if I arrive after the doors have closed?

If the theatre doors have closed, a box office representative will be pleased to take you to your seats.

Can I book a taxi to pick me up?

There is a direct line to a taxi company in the lobby of the Calgary theatre. Please call using that phone to reserve your taxi in advance.

Is seating rush or reserved?

All of our seating is reserved.

Does Jubilations provide donations?

Jubilations supports charitable and non-profit organizations. Jubilations is dedicated to giving back to the community by assisting organizations whose activities benefit youths, health and/or education. Due to the volume of requests, we ask that your submission be received a minimum of 4 weeks before your event.
