What is on the menu?
Our menu selections change with every show. However, it is always a multi-course dinner consisting of a set appetizer, a choice of dinner entrée and a choice of dessert. The dinner entrée choices always include beef, chicken, fish or seafood and a vegetarian selection.

AMY BAZIN as Monica
Amy Bazin is an actor based in Edmonton, AB. She is thrilled to be performing again on the Jubilations Dinner Theatre stage after her debut as Loon in the Edmonton run of Top Gunn: A Maverick Musical! Amy is a 2023 graduate of the BFA in Acting program at the University of Alberta, and her other recent theatre credits include: White Christmas, Tuck Everlasting (Nuova Vocal Arts), Stir-Crazy (Edmonton Fringe Festival), The Devils, Rhinoceros, and Weasel (Studio Theatre).
MAGGIE PAUL as Rachel
“We were on a break!”, but this French-Canadian is excited to be back on this stage for another amazing show! You might recognize her from previous Jubilations Dinner Theatre roles like: The Principal in Greased, Madonna/Janis Joplin in Edmonton’s Night at the Museum of Rock Stars, Betsy in More Dirty Dancing, or Elton John’s mother in Crocodile Rock: The Legend of Elton John. Maggie would like to thank tonight’s audience for supporting live theatre, and the entire production team for making this wonderful show possible. Now, “PIVOT” your chairs, and enjoy the show!
SOPHIE BROWN as Phoebe
Sophie is so excited to be a part of Friends A Parody with Ace Ventura. She has been studying theatre arts since she was a kid and has been working all over Jubilations Dinner Theatre for the past 6 years. You may recognize her from her many appearances at Jubilations Junior Calgary where she has enjoyed diving into many fun characters, such as Princess Peach, Donkey, and most recently, Barbie! EDDIE AYRES as Chandler
Could Eddie BE any more excited to return to the Jubilations Dinner Theatre main stage? Back for his fourth production, you may recognize Eddie most recently as Paul Vogel from Old Time Rock ’N Roll. Being a gigantic fan of FRIENDS, Eddie is deeply humbled to have the incredible opportunity to pay homage to one of his comedy heroes, the late Matthew Perry. Eddie would like to thank Bob, the production team, his spectacular cast-mates, his favourite friend and future wife, and YOU for being the friends we make along the way.
STEFAN THERIAULT as Joey
Stefan Theriault is an Edmonton-based actor and theatre artist whose most recent credits include Top Gunn: A Maverick Musical (Jubilations Dinner Theatre Edmonton), What Was is All (Edmonton International Fringe Festival), and Leonard Bernstein’s New York (Opera Nuova). Some of his other passions include writing, filmmaking and composing music. He is thrilled to be a part of this lovable cast of characters, and can’t wait for you to join in on all the fun!
DALLEN GIRARD as Ross/Ace
Do you ever wish there was one more episode of F.R.I.E.N.D.S? Well your wish is coming true! Dallen is very excited to be back on stage after making sure your one-day shipping got to your door, with such a talented cast beside him. He cannot wait for you all to be welcomed into Monica’s apartment and be a part of the F.R.I.E.N.D.S one last time… until you binge it for the hundredth time! OH! Don’t forget to clap four times!
