And she’s back! You may remember Shelley from her role as Phoebe in our first iteration of Best of Friends way back in 2005. Prior to that, Shelley played many roles at Jubilations Dinner Theatre performing in shows, selling tickets in the box office and running the room as the stage manager. For the last fourteen years, she has been teaching high school drama, dance and English, but this year, she is taking a long-awaited sabbatical to do this show and to get her ESL teaching certification. She is excited to be back and hopes you enjoy this show as much as she does!MUNSI PARKER-MUNROE as SAL/BILLY
Munsi Parker-Munroe is thrilled to be back on stage for their first tour with Jubilations in nearly fifteen years and frankly shocked that time can move so quickly. They want to thank their loving wife Chelsea, their hilariously spoiled dogs Quentin and Trixie, and you, for joining us here. Nothing is more important than human connection. Songs and stories have been how we’ve forged that connection since before the dawn of history. Munsi is thrilled at the chance to play some small part of that process.KEYSHA SWANSON as JEANNIE/LITTLE EVA
Hello! My name is Keysha Swanson. I was adopted from Haiti at 10 months old and grew up in the small city of Camrose. After partaking in sports for the first few years of my life, I realized that music, theatre and anything to do with the arts was what I wanted to do. I danced competitively, took voice and piano lessons and joined one of the community theatre groups in town. I got to play Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, The Witch in Into the Woods, Belle in Beauty & the Beast and a few other roles that got me to where I am now!MAGGIE PAUL as MOM/BARBARA
This French-Canadian is excited to be back on this stage once again! You might recognize her from her most recent roles as the Principal in Greased, Madonna/Janis Joplin in Night at the Museum of Rock Stars, Monica in Best of Friends: The Lost Episode or Betsy in More Dirty Dancing. She was also the Co-Writer for Bewitching Elvis, Charlie and the Wonka Factory and Freakish Friday Magic Wand of Wishes. She would like to thank the audience for supporting live theatre and the entire
Production Team for making this show possible.
